Ashlee first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2003 and instantly felt at home. Since then, she has spent time deepening her practice through continued study and inspiring teachers.
In 2009, Ashlee completed my first 200 hour yoga teacher training with Wild Lotus Yoga and later followed with a 450 hour training at Swan River Yoga in 2018. While she has completed these trainings, Ashlee still considers herself a student at heart as she continues her journey to explore and share all that she has learned along the way. In addition to teaching weekly classes, Ashlee has led workshops for anxiety and depression, as well as semi-private and private yoga sessions. Ashlee firmly believes in the transformational process of rediscovering yourself through the power of Yoga, which inspired her to take a path to become a Yoga Therapist in 2021. Ashlee's classes combine creative sequencing, a dose of inspiration and emphasize the importance of linking breath to movement to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and compassion. |
Michelle has completed trainings in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Combining her love for yoga with her love for writing and photography, she leads classes and workshops, on and off the mat, that explore living with intention and which encourage expression of the mind and body. Always, Michelle encourages her students to be exactly where they are.

Amelia began her journey with yoga when she was thirteen years old. She started practicing after discovering her parents' yoga DVD's, and she immediately fell in love with the energy, awareness, and connection she experienced, both on and off the mat. Amelia took a break from practicing for a few years, and when she returned to the mat in 2020, she once again noticed positive changes occurring within her and around her. Yoga fueled her passion for self-development, and the consistent practice of connecting with the body and breath has helped contribute to more experiences of peace, joy, and love in her life.
Amelia earned her yoga teacher certification in January 2022, and that is still just the beginning of her yogic journey. She intends to remain a student while familiarizing others with the expansive practice of yoga. |
During grad school, Kathie tried a kundalini yoga class at a mindfulness day event. She’d never experienced something that felt so weird and challenging in the moment, yet left her feeling lit from within afterwards. Yoga has played an important role since, helping her to live life a little more calmly, bravely and joyfully. While living in Costa Rica, Kathie completed her 250 hour yoga teacher training at Caribe Yoga Academy. Kathie teaches beginner-friendly vinyasa classes with a focus on conscious breathing, and hopes that everyone practicing with her feels the peace and freedom that yoga practice can bring.
