Class Description: Join us for a flow-based vinyasa practice that is suited for strong beginners on up. There will be opportunties to modify or strengthen your practice through the use of props and verbal adjustments. Class will include an intentional philosophical theme at the beginning, inviting you to dive deeper within. Mantra, breath-work and meditation may also be included to guide you into a greater sense of self reflection. Enjoy a longer savasana at the end to honor your hard work.

“I first stepped onto my mat at 17 years old as a tool to help overcome my anxiety and depression. Over time my practice deepened and allowed me to grow stronger both physically and mentally.
In 2009 I completed my first 200 Hour Teacher Training at Wild Lotus Yoga in New Orleans, LA. Ten years later after taking some time off, I completed my 450 Hour Teacher Training at Swan River Yoga in New Orleans, LA. Despite completing these training, I still consider myself a student at heart as I continue my journey to explore the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others find release so they feel comfortable and confident as they move their bodies through life. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and capable."
