Hanni has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in Las Vegas. She has experience working in massage settings ranging from wellness clinics to health clubs to resort spas. In addition to traditional massage techniques, Hanni practices Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Vodder Technique. Hanni holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from George Mason University and a M.A. in Education from University of Denver. Combining her knowledge of health and wellness with teaching, Hanni enjoys sharing her passion with others as a registered yoga teacher and as an instructor for the MELT Method® and Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy®. |
Virginia began her journey as a licensed massage therapist upon graduating NVCC's School of Therapeutic Massage in 2017. Her thoughtful and thorough approach works to pinpoint and target the underlying issues that cause chronic pain in addition to treating and relaxing the body as a whole. She believes that every person has unique challenges and preferences, and she prides herself in being able to hone-in to the needs of each individual. She has a vast knowledge of various healing and therapeutic modalities; including Deep Tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish relaxation, and Ashiatsu barefoot massage. Mary Katherine graduated from Advanced Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach in 2017. Since then, she has dedicated most of her time to learning therapeutic techniques while working alongside family medicine physicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and energy healers.
Between 2020 and 2021, Mary Katherine completed her medical massage certification which provides more insight and focused methods to acute and chronic conditions affecting the soft tissue. She is trained in both traditional draped massages as well as fully clothed massage to allow better comfort for limited mobility, geriatric, or preferentially modest clients. She provides a generally deep pressure, broad technique to facilitate a relaxed state and encourages a focused session for pain relief. Her training includes deep tissue, swedish, cupping, hot stone, sports, prenatal, reflexology and bamboo. |
Haley is a licensed massage therapist whose work ethic and technique earned her the “Most Accomplished Student” Award as a graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2021. An equestrian and current Crossfit enthusiast, Haley’s athletic background and strength makes her a natural at helping athletes and individuals who would benefit from deep tissue massage, stretching, and focused muscle work. After also becoming certified in Sports Massage, her passion has become helping clients prepare and recover their bodies so they feel refreshed and ready for the next day. |
Pierre has been a licensed massage therapist since 1994. He received training and graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City. Post graduation, he accepted a position with USA Cycling and was fortunate to work with, and travel worldwide alongside olympic-level cyclists and coaching staff. His work in cycling led to ski racers, triathletes, professional dance companies, and even the Winter X Games! Many athletes and nations later, Pierre has decided to stay home, plant flowers, and provide massage and bodywork to everyday people seeking improved movement and performance in their busy life!

Athena is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She completed her 700 hour massage therapy training at American Massage and Bodywork Institute in Vienna, VA in April 2023. At this school she learned and thoroughly practiced Swedish and Deep Pressure massage. She also has some training and experience doing myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. Athena has been practicing Yoga since 2015 and Reiki since 2017, and she achieved her first certifications in both Hatha Yoga and Reiki in fall of 2018.
Athena strives to properly understand her clients' needs and expectations to ensure that every client feels heard, acknowledged, and respected. She is eager to deliver relaxation and relief to as many people as she reasonably can. Athena is regularly striving to diversify and develop her skill set through continued education, working with diverse clientele, as well as through welcomed feedback from all clients. Additionally, Athena graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Psychology in May 2022. Athena's long-term career goals involve returning to graduate school to become licensed as a Professional Counselor, where she hopes to, in the future, combine mental health counseling with holistic practices such as massage, exercise, nutrition, meditation, ecotherapy, somatic psychotherapy, and art therapy. Sophie is a certified Shiatsu Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed her training at the School of Zen Shiatsu in Chicago where she learned a holistic approach to wellness that combines Eastern and Western principles of health. She blends Shiatsu with Thai Massage techniques for a massage that is both deeply relaxing, and has a satisfying flow. She is an advanced therapeutic yoga teacher (RYT 500), and is very dedicated to showing up every day for her own fortifying practices, to allow her healing journey to unfold alongside yours. She truly believes that we all have the innate wisdom and capacity to find health and happiness, and humbly acknowledges that each person’s path is complex, nuanced, and constantly evolving. The artist in her is reflected in her receptive and adaptable approach to meet the immediate needs of each client, while holding space for their broader dreams and intentions. We all feel disoriented or ill at ease sometimes. But practices like Shiatsu that touch the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual aspects of ourselves, can help bring us back to a renewed sense of wholeness and integration, and help us reclaim the spaces within us that are good, are light, and are deeply at ease.

Guided by the whispers of the digital world, he discovered the profound art of massage therapy. This newfound vocation not only alleviated his discomfort but empowered him to bestow healing to others.
